This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited unless explicit consent from us is provided.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
We take full responsibility for the transactions which are made on our platform. This includes refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the governing laws of Australia.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing to mailing lists or contacting us directly.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
We accept returns on a product for a refund minus shipping cost, provided the return is initiated within 28 days and the item/s is in the same unused new condition as purchased. Items must be shipped back to us on your own accord in the original packaging and received within 28 days. It is up to the discretion of SAINT IV to accept/deny a return request or full refund if the product is received in a used or damaged state.
Shipping
Any import fees, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These are applied by your countries authorities and not something we have any determination over. Please check with your country’s customs authority to determine what these additional costs will be if any.
Optional transit Insurance is offered at checkout, if a parcel is explicitly declared lost by the logistical handler, a replacement item will be reshipped at no cost.
Please note, insurance is forfeited when safe drop or leave without signature requests are made by the recipient with your local delivery provider.
No replacements can be issued if insurance is not purchased at checkout.

Product agreement
By agreeing to the product terms you understand that despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour, true colours may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Your accessing of this website agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
